What to invest my money into ...

Adam DeZee
Posted

I was advised to check this site out and also to ask the community at large what to invest my new found wealth into.  Hello, My name is Adam DeZee and I live in Central Oregon.  I bought a home 3 years ago and am refinancing it as we speak.  My appraisal came in way higher than anticipating and I'm taking just over 30k of the equity to invest in something to help bring in more income than just my job.  My thought was to get a rental but I'm learning that there are so many other opportunities out there.  So I thought I'd put it to you to help with the best ideas for investing this 30k wisely so that I start broadening my income base in the most efficient way.  (I'm guessing pokemon cards are out!  LOL)  Thank you in advance for your help and ideas.
