Newbie Orlando from Rotterdam, Europe want to (organize) MeetUp!

Hi guys,

Here I am, I finally had the balls to join the bigger pockets community.
After listening several podcasts I had an urge to be part of this movement.

I am Orlando Marcus, 30 years old from the Netherlands. I am at the beginning of my real estate journey it has everything to do with my end goal.

So, What is my end goal?

To leave a legacy. I believe investing in real estate is a great tool to acquire my end goal.

I am a business owner who started from scratch in the apple resell business. Due to some ups and downs in my career. I realized I was working 80+ hours a week for myself but still pretty time consuming. I studied alternative roads to acquire passive income and real estate is on top of the list.

In 2017 I sold a house from a good friend of mine within 3 months. 

This opportunity gave me a boost to study real estate and execute on ideas to provide real estate income. One of the biggest step was to join the Bigger Pockets community. To get involved with like minded people and share/learn from their experiences.

I currently working on a property deal turning an office building to rental residential homes. (BRRR)

I am still in the due diligence phase but I have  a few meetings with established investors to partner up with or to learn from.
