Hello all!

My name is Joseph Nguyen. I am located in the Dallas area. I'm 20 years old. I work part time as a Head Lifeguard at Carpenter rec center, so not a lot of income,,, like 12k a year if I remember from last year. I love the idea of passive income and really want to get into real estate. I'm currently reading books and whatnot about real estate. I don't have much money saved, 6k in savings and 5k in my ROTH IRA.

My goals for real estate:

- make enough to max out my contributions for my ROTH IRA (500 dollars a month)

- and have 5 rental properties

My plan:

- Spend this year saving money and learn about real estate and landlording

- My first Property I am going to get is a duplex, triplex or a four-plex. and I'm going to house hack

- with my first property i'd save the cash flow for a down payment for my next property

I'm excited to learn about real estate! and I'm looking forward to meeting you all!

Joseph Nguyen
