Hi Everyone!  My name is Lirio and I live in Baltimore, MD.  I am pursuing Real Estate Investment full time in my area and I am excited about the possibilities.  For now my main focus will be in Lease Options and Wholesaling.  I am currently in the process of building my Buyers List and I already sent my first batch of postcards after Driving for Dollars.  

I am hoping to gain knowledge and ideas from all of the pros here and possibly meet those in my area.
