Hello! I'm the new one :-) LA and Cleveland Area

Hello,

my name is Zeljko and we are pretty new in the RE investment business, even my with is an experienced agent here in Santa Barbara.

I decided to jump in too in the RE business and we are flipping houses in the Cleveland area. 

I would like to find something closer here in LA and wider area, as we live in Santa Barbara and have some network with contractors in LA who we could work with.

Are there any areas still affordable? We are talking in the 150k-200k range, so I was looking into Lancaster, Bakersfield, Riverside, everything east of LA, etc. We pay cash and are always looking for the "off market" deals, bt I guess that is what everybody is looking for. :-)

Looking for some networking and appreciate all information I could get. 

If anybody knows an agent they would suggest I would be more than happy.
