Hey all,
Have learned so much from this forum. Thanks Josh, Wheetie, Mike Oh, All Cash, Bienes, Aly, and many, many others.

Now if I can just get an offer accepted, I can join the ranks of RE investors. At least with each offer I am learning so am getting closer.

My focus will be on small SFH in working class neighborhoods. I like long-term relationships in life, so want to foster long-term profitable tenants. (Please- no advice about 'its a business, don't be emotional' Heard that from RE agents that admitted they aren't successful as landlords! Ha!)

My background in special education will come in handy, as will my husband's extensive collection of power tools that I have been learning to use.
