Hello everyone, new member here! Love the podcasts, about time to join in the discussions. I am a real estate agent and investor who focuses on residential sales. Single family, multi family, raw land and new construction.

My partner and I (my dad) flip 2-4 houses a year and have been building 1 new construction home on average for the last 5 years. 

Growing up in the construction industry, has allowed me to understand the building process from start to finish, managing builds and flips since age 18. My dad is a general contractor himself, making flip rehab and new construction estimates very accurate for us. 

That is just a bit of information about myself and what I enjoy doing. Looking forward to meeting like minded Individuals!
