Hi and thank you
Hi, I'm a rank beginner. I'm here asking questions on behalf of my fiance who is looking into buying a rental property. The plan is to buy a rental somewhere else, build equity which would enable buying a home where we may want to live. And perhaps... to buy other rental properties.
I'm here instead of him because I like computers and he doesn't & I consider this a challenge and he considers this a PITA. He would rather fix bathroom plumbing than work out buying details. I guess I would too, but that's besides the point...
Thank you very much for the detailed answers to the questions I've posted. This is a great forum. I feel like I've taken a mini course after searching the forums.
