Newbie in Columbus, OH

Hi all!

I'm excited to be a part of the BP community.  My name is Sean and I'm just starting out in real estate investing.  

My short-term goals are to wholesale a few properties to raise some capital to buy my first house hack.  Rinse and repeat for a few years while I build my portfolio. 

Also, if anyone is aware of any meetups or groups in the Columbus area (I'm based in Grove City currently), I'd love to hear from you meet.  

If you have any books, podcasts, sites, anything that helped you get started and build a strong knowledge base, let me know!
