Hello everyone I'm Sean I'm 28 and from Long Island new york. Just wanted to introduce myself and get any tips or advice for investing in the area. I'm interested in fix/flip and buy and holds. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Would consider meeting up with investing agents or going to a meet up in my area to further my real estate intellect. Thanks everyone.

Welcome to the site. Buy & Hold is a pretty passive biz. Most anyone can do it with ease so long as you avoid super high risk properties. Fix & Flip is a lot more intense. You've got to be very skilled to compete in today's market. Do you have any experience &/or skills that would help you to start & remain competitive in a Fix & Flip business?

Hey james thanks for the welcome. Yes I have a good electrical and construction background, however I left the electrical field for a better career opportunity. I also used to work in a legal office dealing with wills and estates and have experience with real estate through my own home. Any other advice you can offer me would be greatly appreciated to further my real estate career. Thank you
