Hello everyone...

Im an investor from Bradenton, FL (Tampa Bay area).

I've been investing since 2001, and focus primarily on rehab/flips. In addition to investing, I am also a software/web developer, and I have some experience in direct mail and internet marketing.

Im looking forward to contributing to this forum, and learning new things from other members. I beleive that every day is a new day to learn something new.
