Greetings all,

Ok, I am an very new to the REI world, but I know it's the path I want to take. My five year plan is to get my business to the point where it can replace my current job, and run my own ship full time. I understand this is not quick and easy, and it takes work and planning. I am prepared for that. What I am stuck on is after my LLC is formed, which niche to go in? I originally thought buy and hold, because of the full time job. However, I am recently contemplating flips, but only if I can sub out the work that needs done. The market I am interested in is the Pocono and Lehigh Valley regions of PA. Again, I want to be prepared and educated, so I am taking my time, but I do not want to get paralyzed by analysis. Any suggestions on which niche, first and then any other tips on getting started? Very grateful to have found this community, and the podcast has been so helpful so far!
