First time buyer/investor - etiquette with sellers and agents
Hey everybody, I’m new to the forum. Made my first offer on a townhome today.
I’m kinda stuck in a communication triangle between a owner/seller, an agent and our mortgage guy.
I want to ask some advice, but I don’t want to violate any rules. I wouldn’t mention any names or places, but I’m unsure. I read the rules, but still want to double check.

If it's tight on cash flow you are making a mistake buying and should walk away.
Forget about etiquette, you are not dating, money is your first priority. Business first.
