Hello everyone. Great site here and I'm happy to be joining.

My name is Greg. My wife, kids, and I will be relocating to the Boulder area from New England in the next few months. The reason for my introduction is twofold. First, I would like to get started in rehabbing and am wondering if any of you are involved in that area of the business out there. Secondly, we'll be buying a house to live in ourselves and may very well be interested in purchasing one that has been recently rehabbed.
