Wholesaling on the Mississippi Gulf Coast

Hi! My name is Jared and I am going to be wholesaling on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, i'm posting to see if there are any connections to make here that may be mutually beneficial and also to introduce myself and get any feedback and advice that you may have for me. 

I'll be wholesaling across the whole MS Gulf Coast, i am setting up a website and creating social media pages as well. My approach to this is going to be complete authenticity and transparency. Initially before deciding i was going to get into wholesaling, I fought with the ethics of wholesaling until i decided that i'm going to walk the road less traveled and be completely honest with my potential sellers. I'll be giving them their options so that they can make an informed decision. I know this will lose some deals for me but also strengthen the relationships with everyone i come in contact with. Those who pass on me may end up using me down the road or refer someone to me who is in need of a quick close.  I don't want anyone to feel misled and the only way i can confidently do business is transparently and authentically. Unfortunately, it seems the most common method of wholesaling results in many sellers getting a bad taste in their mouths.
