Hello all! I've been following along for a while and finally decided to join. 

I have always been interested in real estate, and currently own 4 rental properties (and a primary residence) that I have done well on thus far. I am looking to start taking my investing to the next level and really ramp up to bigger properties. 

Ideally I'd love to invest in commercial real estate and larger multi-family/apartment complexes. I am open to anywhere in the country. 

I have access to a decent amount of capital and investors, but what I am really looking for is information from experienced folks who know how to search, analyze, and close on these larger acquisitions. I am an eager learner, have my real estate license in NJ, have experience in the real estate industry through a previous job, and am ready to go! 

Also, if there are any amazing posts you've come across on this site that have helped you make your first deal, or any spreadsheets as well, please do share!
