Hi everyone! I’m Stephanie and moved to the southern tier about 3 years ago. I am born and raised on Long Island. I just started my journey trying to learn as much as I can about investing in rental properties. I started a book called “ Build a rental property empire” So far I’m leaning towards single family homes vs college students. Looking forward to meeting new people on here !
