Newbie from Central Florida Area

Hello Everyone! I just got my real estate license in Florida but had been a broker in Puerto Rico since 2005.  I am also an attorney in Puerto Rico.  I have many other traits as engineer and mediator but that is too boring.  I am looking forward to learning a lot about the real estate industry and specifically the Florida trends regarding short term rentals and income producing properties. I also hope I covered everything as suggested on the how to introduce yourself post.
