Hi Everyone, my name is Chase. Just recently relocated back the PNW from Minnesota. I'm just getting my feet wet in the RE investor world. Looking to dive in here shortly. I have spent the last few months reading and listening to the abundance of content available. Happy to have this great resource and hope to find great partners in this new endeavor. 

During the weekdays I am an architect within the commercial multi-family and office sectors. While the real estate world is familiar, the investor side is all new. I will be starting out focusing on rental properties and land opportunities. Local would be nice, but will be looking at several locations for better values. 

I would love to connect with any others in the area looking to bounce ideas off of each other.
