What level employee to cold-call?
Hi all
26 yr old with a B.A. trying to break into RE brokerage at a bigger-size shop (KPMG, CBRE, JLL, etc.) but don't know anyone in these firms. Was going to get my RE sales license for DC/MD/VA but in the meantime...
What level employees do you guys reach out to for scheduling cold call coffees/info-only interviews/phone calls to try and break into these firms starting from scratch? Should I be targeting associates or mid-level management?
