NH NEWBIE wanting knowledge on how to work better with investors

Hey everyone!

Brand new to BP! My husband listens to every podcast and he has now got me hooked! Instead of bumming off of his account I decided to create my own!

I want to learn how to be a more investor friendly title company since I own one in NH and I want to make the process better!! We only operate right now residentially but I plan to dive into commercial so I figured I would wet my beak here for knowledge!!

Any recommendations for someone like me on which forums to follow or some tips on information other new people found helpful?
