Willing to work for free for experience..

Hi all,

 Been educating and networking hard for a couple months now and have my first TREIA meeting tonight so looking forward to that! So I wanted to offer my help/work for free for the opportunity to watch, learn, and soak up hands on knowledge. As with any new investor, I have my own unique challenges to start, specifically with down pymt/rehab costs and just getting that first deal closed. But one thing I do have is hustle and motivation. I'm out driving for dollars, networking, and studying market trends. I'm focusing on multi family and buy and holds but more focused on hustling up funding for my own first deal at the moment. With that said, I'm willing to offer free work on the weekends, door knocking, mowing grass, hell I don't care. I just want experience and to be successful so I'm going to do whatever it takes to get there, one way or the other.

On a second note, I'm looking for a trustworthy contractor or project manager/seasoned flip investor that could help me estimate a potential flip rehab project. Just could use a lil trustworthy guidance to be honest.
