Cleveland Newbie looking to connect

Hello Everyone,

I am new to BP and Real estate investing, and hoping to connect with others in the real estate community in Cleveland! I have spent a good amount of time creating financial real estate models through my job, and am excited about the possibility of using these skills to help find and analyze properties. What advice would you give to someone new to community interested in wholesaling (outside of getting RE license)  and single family rentals?
