Hi everyone, I'm a new bee here. Currently I want to buy the mobile home, but that one is out dated, so I am wondering what if I could tear down it, and install a new one I want?

I want to find out what it cost me to do that, and do I need get approve from some special department? I don't need pay for association fee for that mobile home.

Thanks for any help,

Wenjun
