Hi Everyone,

I am a new member and a new investor as well. I currently live in NYC and as you all know, property here is expensive and highly inflated in my opinion. I am interested in doing some long distance Real Estate Investing.  I have been watching a lot of the BP podcast, reading the forums and begun reading several books on investing in real estate. However my biggest issue is that since I want to focus on long distance investing, how do you decide on what market/city to focus in. I would love to hear back from everyone here.

Thanks
