New to BP - NYC & CT

Hey all -

New to BP, and wanted to introduce myself. I live in Stamford, CT, and work in NYC where I currently manage a large global CRE portfolio for a privately held PE firm. I've previously been a broker as well as a CRE consultant for one of the big4 firms.

I've been wanting to invest for some time now with the goal of creating a passive income stream through a buy-and-hold strategy. I'm finding that the NYC & Southern CT markets are very saturated making it incredibly difficult to get your foot in the door. I've been looking in the Midwest as the returns there seem to be decent. Open to speak & connect with anybody. Looking forward to it.
