Multifamily investing in Essex County, NJ

Greetings, I am new to REI but have been saving for a couple years and I am finally ready to brave my first deal in the next few months. I am located on Long Island area looking to relocate and purchase a multifamily in Essex County, NJ for buy and hold strategies.
