Newbie in Brooklyn NY

Hi,

I own a duplex in Brooklyn and I bought in before the market really skyrocketed.  I looked at market trends for my first investment and it really paid off.  I have a full time job where I make a decent living.  However, my goal is to gain financial freedom by accumulating multi-unit properties within the next several years, so that I can retire early.  I am interested in commercial buildings, and have been doing research.  I am finding that it is difficult to obtain financing for commercial loans with out experience.  I am looking for guidance or someone to partner with, so that I can get my foot in the door.  I am eager to learn, and flexible in terms of real estate markets.  I am smart but need more guidance when it comes to analyzing deals.  I have the three C's going for me, Commitment, Confidence, and Capital.  I am open to suggestions on the best place to begin.
