Hello Everyone my name is Ron and I'm fairly new here. I have been lurking for a while now but feel like my knowledge base is good enough to start potentially helping others. I am located in southern California but plan on OOS. I've been looking for a mentor but I'm not sure how to go about finding one. The main thing I have to offer is deal finding, I'm a stay at home dad and a student which leaves me time to analyze the MLS and find potential deal.
