Hello Everyone,

I am pretty new here to Bigger Pockets. Just wanted to reach out and hopefully connect with some local investors in my area. I feel like it is always good to be as connected as possible and there are so many people in this industry, that I'm sure we can all help each other at one point or another!

A little bit about our Business. My father and I have decided to commit to really giving a flipping business here In Southern California a try. We currently are focusing our efforts in the Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. We have flipped one house currently and are looking for our second now. We are still in the process of building our team so any recommendation that you might have for GC's, realtors, escrow companies etc. that are used to working with investors would be greatly appreciated!

Most of all we are looking to just make connection with other like minded investors and build those relationships. As I said previously it is always good to be as connected as possible. I hope to be talking to many of you soon and in the future!
