Hello BP!!! I'm new and so far love this site.

Hello Members,

I just wanted to touch bases with everybody here on BP. I'm still a real estate investor NewBe with only 6 units. I'm in the process of forming an LLC / Selling my personal residents / buying my 2nd quadplex, which I plan on living in one unit and renting the other 3.

I will have many questions and hope to learn tons of new information. If anybody has any advice please feel free to advise away!!!
