New investor in Miami
Hello, I am 27 years old born and raised in Miami. I have been part of this site for about a month now and have mostly been listening to the podcasts and reading the forums. I decided a couple of months ago that I want to get into real estate investing.
I’m wondering if Miami is the best place to get started or if looking more north to Orlando or even Tampa area would be a better move. I’m also not opposed to buying property outside of the state. If this was the case, I’d be looking in a few different areas i.e. Colorado, North Carolina, Texas, California.
Thanks for your time and I look forward to being a longtime member of this community!
