Hello Community! My wife and I are seasoned investors who currently live in Colorado but are planning the move to Kentucky. Our current portfolio consists of SFR and duplex rentals. We will be liquidating our portfolio and reinvesting in Kentucky. We are currently targeting Louisville and Lexington areas and any advice on areas to stay away from would be greatly appreciated.
