Hello to all from a total newbie to real estate investing

I decided this year that starting to invest in real estate will be my priority. I accidentally started by buying a foreclosure condo to live in, rehabbing it, and now renting it.  I wanted to say hi and thank you for sharing your knowledge with us new starts.
