Hi All,

Registered on the site sometime earlier last year, and haven't had the chance to properly introduce myself to the forums until now!

My name is Benjamin Seemann, 27 years old and looking to get my investing career started as soon as humanly possible. I've been an avid reader of these forums since I've joined last year, but haven't posted until recent.

I've been very interested in buying & holding properties as the market in Jacksonville has weathered down the prices to attain some nice deals (based on 50% rule for the most part!).

I hope to find my journey through investing a memorable and enjoyable one with the help of the more experienced members on these forums. I will also do my best to assist anyone with what limited knowledge I have in this market.
