Just wanted to introduce myself. I've came across this website a couple of days ago and have found the topics and conversation to be very interesting and infomative, especially for a new investor like myself. As a newbie, I'm looking to take in as much good information as possible. The post by Christie for new investors on the difference between a bird dog and a wholesaler and the pitfalls related to both positions ranks as one ofthe best posts I've seen on any board. thanks to the administrators and moderators for a fantastic forum!
