Hi BP,

I'm Dan Delgado. Originally from Brooklyn, NY but moved to Lincoln, NE several years ago. I'm an IT Manager for a plastics company here. I've been a member for a little over a year but have spent most of my time listening to the podcasts, reading books, and creeping on the forums.

My wife and I decided we'd dip our toes in real estate investing a little over a year ago. Since then, we've prioritized paying off a large amount of debt in order to better position ourselves for our first deal. We're about 2 months away from paying all that off and really getting into the weeds. Right now I'm focusing on networking and soaking in all I can learn. We're considering a combination of flipping and BRRRR's as our primary focus, then evaluating our position after 3-5 years. For now, just looking forward to becoming more active on here and making some great connections!
