Wholesaling Real Estate

HI, I am a Beginner Wholesaler. I have my contract and an Attorney in place for closing. Now I just need to get to work. I have been looking on real estate sites and I a couple contacts which I know needs to grow. I was hoping to get some advice from current Wholesalers. Will be doing deals out of Illinois. What I am trying to work on now is getting the repair value and trying to get a good break down for the seller and buyer. Is there an app that will allow you to input the numbers and then print out a report for the seller and then one for the investor?  I have Podio to keep track of leads, contacts etc.  Any advice or anything would be greatly appreciated.
