New Member in Baltimore-Washington Area

Hi All - 

New member here interested in investing in the Baltimore-Washington area. I live in Virginia, but I work every week either in Baltimore or Philadelphia. I'm primarily looking at flipping or BRRRR in Baltimore city.

I'm just getting started in researching and I'm interested in meeting fellow local investors as I learn the ropes.
