Hello, bigger pockets community!

My name is Nick Saleh. I'm currently a 22-year-old in college. I live in the Chicago land area and studying finance with two minors in real estate and entrepreneurship. I have experience doing the contract work for flipping houses.  For the past 4 months, I've been listening to bigger pockets and reading as many books as possible. But personally, I've never done a project on my own.  If anyone would have any advice or just wants to talk about what they have done in real estate, id love to listen. Looking forward to creating relationships with many of you and can't wait to get started on my real estate journey
