My name is Alfred Ramirez and I am in Riverside, CA. I am looking for investors that I can Wholesale some deals to. I do have some experience in the Pre-foreclosure market. I have bought several properties through the pre-foreclosure process. I want to expand into Fix and flip properties and maybe even BRRRR to create some passive income. I have little experience in those areas but I am willing to hit the pavement and find the deals if someone is willing to teach me.
