New Bigger Pockets Member

Good afternoon everyone!

I am newer to the Bigger Pockets forums. I have been listening to the Bigger Pockets Podcasts (both REI and Money) for several months and am looking to get more involved in the online community to network and build relationships. I am located in Gilbert, AZ and am looking to network with others in my area and attend some meetups.

I am open to any advice and tips/tricks of the trade getting started. I am interested in rental properties with the potential for flips down the road. I will soon be a licensed Real Estate Agent to assist me and others in conducting transactions.
