I'm 24. Currently living in Boston. And like most young adults my age, I was trying to figure out what I wanted to do in my life. I thought about a couple interesting things.. but soon realized these things require money, and a lot. Then I started to think about my financial life and where was that going? I needed to make more money. But where? Maybe I could work for a promotion, but the increase wouldn't feel any different. Then maybe go back to school? But let's be honest, I was never a school guy and a high paying job in your field is not guaranteed after college.

So, at my desperate attempt for some guidance I went to google and typed "how to get rich". Sounds funny when I think back, but it wasn't long till real estate popped up. I didn't expect to find anything but I did. Cash on cash return, Burrr, R.O.I, and cash flow. I loved learning about all the terms and methods to acquire wealth through real estate, and with everything I've learned I felt more and more confident and ready. Just looking deeper into it, I knew.. It just. Made. Sense. All of it, this was the way to financial freedom. Skip to present day, me and my partner Marilyn are gearing up to buy our first property. Right now we are saving money to cover the down payment and closing costs. We have some potential lenders in mind to cover rehab costs but we're open to other ideas. Overall, we plan to buy and hold all our properties and rent them out. Using the Burrr method. So our main focus is gathering funds, building strong credit, networking, and doing anything that pushes us to our goal, closing our first successful deal.

So we thought that while we do that, we should network with other fellow investors because there so much experience and potential friendships out there! My apologies if my story was too long, we're just ready for this path to freedom and excited to network and make friendships with some of you! Please please feel free to reach out! Cause we will!
