Hello! Alex from San Fran
Hey Everyone!
Not only new to the RE investing world, but also the San Francisco Bay Area (living in the East Bay) after transitioning from active duty Marines. Excited to get this ball rolling - I've been doing my research and have put together a small lump in capital to invest, leaning more towards a long-distance investing strategy with a focus on MFRs or smaller SFRs. I've enjoyed reading many of the success stories on here and familiarizing myself with the markets many of you have decided buy and hold or flip in.
I haven't nailed down my market just yet, but may decide to go with a location I'm more familiar and has potential to form a solid team (Vermont, Virginia, California.. or many of the booming areas in the South East). Look forward to this endeavor!
Alex
