new to whosailing (HELP)

Hello everyone!!!! I am new to wholesaling and I'm needing help with my buyer and seller contracts. These are my questions as followed. I work out of MO. If that makes a difference.

1. I am in Missouri and is there a website to where I can obtain any free buyer and seller contracts?

2. Within the seller contract do I have to use my own back out clause or is there a contract that I can find that has a general  back out clause?

3. If I can not sale the contract in the allotted time how can I extend the time on the contract?

4. Once I have a home under contract, How do I keep the seller from using another wholesaler from taking the work I put in on a contract and trying to sale the home that I put the work into?

5. Is there a place where I can find a good buyers contract as well? Are there any tips on buyer contracts that I may need to know?

Thank you everyone!!
