New Investor in Cincinnati

Hi BP

I'm new to investing and am really excited to get started. I haven't made any deals yet. My plan is to spend 2019 building a solid foundation by spending time on BP, listing to BP podcast, listening to audiobooks, networking, and learning my markets. Come 2020 ready or not I'm going to jump in and find my first investment property. My main goal is buy and holds but I do plan on doing some flipping and if I'm lucky maybe a wholesale or two. I am currently looking into getting my real estate license to help with these goals.

I was wondering if anybody is familiar with the REIA of Greater Cincinnati or know of any other local groups in the Cincinnati area where I could participate? I'm hoping to add value any way I can.
