Real estate associates in Gainesville, Fl

Hello,

I have read through a few older posts with Gainesville, Fl embedded in them and I saw there were real estate investing meetings/discussions. I am aware there used to be a meet up on the 2nd Wednesday at night and 2nd Saturday at 10 am. Are these meetings still on-going? I know Exit Realty was an organizing group, please correct me if I am wrong. I was also wondering if anyone new of meetings with regard to discussing purchasing notes? I am trying to get my feet a bit more wet so if you have time or like to discuss real estate I would be happy to meet and share a cup of coffee for a conversation.
