Well, for starters...I am thoroughly confused as to where to start. I stumbled upon this forum as I was researching RDPD. I was actually entertaining going against my general sentiment that all information is FREE on the internet by paying to go to his 3 day seminar.

Then I woke up as I read a little bit more on here.

Anyway, I'm a 29 yr old grad student looking to become a REI. My brother has recommended taking a $200 licensing class...still considering that. Going over the layout of this forum has me overwhelmed. I've been trying to learn the language of REI for a month or so now.

I like the idea of wholesaling and would like to build up some cash there before investing in rental props.

Can anybody point me in the right direction please???
