Howdy all! My name is Ryan Meyer and my wife and I have been reading about real-estate investing while perusing deals on line for the last several years. We recently have made the commitment to put our money where our mouth is and get serious about executing on our first few deals. We have been on BiggerPockets for several months but am now ready to take action. We already have a primary mortgage on our home with about 50k in equity so FHA is out of the question. We have about 20k saved up and are looking to purchase our first SF rental! We are hoping to mainly focus on buy n hold investments or fix n flip if the right opportunities exist. I would love to connect with anyone in our area as we are eager to learn as much as we can!
