New to real estate and want to get into buying rental properties
Hello Everyone!
I am currently 24 years old living in Los Angeles California. I started doing research in real estate and find it very interesting and want to jump in. I want to get information on starting, more specific out of state ( Florida) since houses are very cheap and looks like a good market from what I’ve research and I can rent them out. I don’t have much money to start (approx a couple thousands) . Should I keep saving money which can take years to buy on cash or a loan or what should I do, for buying out of state more specifically Florida.
